Program-Specific Refund Terms
Bootcamp (2 weeks)
Full refund within 72 hours of payment- No questions asked refund if requested within 72 hours
- After 72 hours: 50% refund before program start
- No refunds after program begins
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Foundation (12 weeks)
Full refund up to 14 days before cohort start- Full refund if requested 14+ days before start date
- 50% refund if requested 7-14 days before start
- 25% refund if requested 1-7 days before start
- No refunds after cohort begins
Advanced (16 weeks)
Full refund up to 14 days before cohort start- Full refund if requested 14+ days before start date
- 50% refund if requested 7-14 days before start
- 25% refund if requested 1-7 days before start
- No refunds after cohort begins
General Refund Conditions
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- International payments may incur currency conversion fees
- Processing time: 5-7 business days for cards, 7-10 days for bank transfers
- Refund eligibility is determined by payment timestamp
- Medical emergencies considered on case-by-case basis
