Program-Specific Refund Terms

Bootcamp (2 weeks)

Full refund within 72 hours of payment
  • No questions asked refund if requested within 72 hours
  • After 72 hours: 50% refund before program start
  • No refunds after program begins
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Foundation (12 weeks)

Full refund up to 14 days before cohort start
  • Full refund if requested 14+ days before start date
  • 50% refund if requested 7-14 days before start
  • 25% refund if requested 1-7 days before start
  • No refunds after cohort begins

Advanced (16 weeks)

Full refund up to 14 days before cohort start
  • Full refund if requested 14+ days before start date
  • 50% refund if requested 7-14 days before start
  • 25% refund if requested 1-7 days before start
  • No refunds after cohort begins

General Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • International payments may incur currency conversion fees
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days for cards, 7-10 days for bank transfers
  • Refund eligibility is determined by payment timestamp
  • Medical emergencies considered on case-by-case basis
